Three to Get Married Retreat

The Three to Get Married marriage formation retreat weekends are an opportunity for couples to learn how to put Christ at the center of the marriages as they prepare for the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony.  Mentor couples are also invited and encouraged to attend with their engaged couples for the Saturday session.  

This retreat weekend will be held at the Wellspring Fransalian Center for Spirituality.  The Friday session will go from 6:00pm-10:00pm and the Saturday session will be from 8:00am-7:00pm.  We have a limited number of overnight rooms available or couples can have the option of commuting to the retreat.  

Please note: Although the retreat weekend registration is 2 weeks before the retreat, it may close sooner if all of the retreat spots are filled. Please do not wait to register if this is your preferred retreat weekendWe are happy to work with you if you need flexibility on the retreat payment schedule.

Robert Puschautz will give us an inside look into the thought, process, and symbolism that went into his painting of the Madonna of the Roses which now resides at the St. John Paul II Catholic Campus Ministry at the University of Texas at Tyler.

(Mother's are welcome to bring their daughters if they think their daughters are mature enough for the content.) Childcare is available with pre-registration. The Way of Christ webinar series is designed to get adult faith formation leaders in the Diocese of Tyler together to learn, discuss best practices for planning lessons, address challenges, and have time for Q&A. This webinar will cover some catechesis on the first four lessons of Student Book. We will also have time to discuss what's working in our classes and get to know each other. Please have your student book available.

The Special Needs Masses are meant to provide families with the opportunity to worship together with the understanding that some of our children may respond to that worship differently.  After Mass, there is time to meet and socialize with other families during a meal and activities.
